| Subjects | My galleries here offer an insight into who I am. It is said that photographs are the windows into our souls. As you browse here, no doubt you briefly peer into the window of mine. My portfolio includes commercial work (available for viewing upon request); portrait work that has a fresh, intimate edge and has become a serendipitous joy for me; and lastly the people, places, and things I capture to share in limited edition prints in my gallery at 3203 Broad Street in Dexter, MI called "Artistica". |

| Style & Technique | "Intimate elements" is how I describe my photographic style. Whether I am observing a flower or the interaction of a newborn baby with their mother, I strive to discover a part of my subjects normally unseen, easily missed, and with a story to preserve and share that becomes timeless.
My work continues to evolve just as I do. The wisdom and freedom of age have brought me wonderful insights that define and shape my work, keeping it fresh. My vision becomes clearer within me and translates onto a medium in a much clearer way as well. I enjoy color but find so much more intrigue in the monochromatic realm. I was strongly influenced in college by the pictorial artists at the turn of the previous century as well as several artists today. May you find visual delight here. May you linger long and often. | |
